Tatenen One Development
Effective Date: 10/7/2026
Last Updated: 10/7/2026
Tatenen One Development (“Tatenen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of individuals and organizations that use the Tatenen platform, websites, applications, and related services.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when it may be shared, how we protect it, and the choices available to users and participating organizations.
Tatenen is currently operating as a pre-release alpha service. Features, providers, and data practices may evolve as the platform develops. When material changes affect this Privacy Policy, we will update the policy and, where appropriate, notify users or require acknowledgment of the updated terms.

3. Company Data and Data Ownership
Participating organizations retain their rights in the business and operational data they provide to Tatenen.
Tatenen does not claim ownership of a participating organization's proprietary processes, business information, project data, or other Company Data merely because the information is processed through the Service.
Tatenen uses Company Data as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, troubleshoot, improve, and develop the Service and to perform activities authorized by the participating organization.
Tatenen is designed to maintain separation between participating organizations.
We do not intentionally make one participating organization's proprietary information available to another participating organization unless the organization has expressly authorized the sharing.
4. Artificial Intelligence and Company Knowledge
Tatenen may in the future use artificial intelligence or automated systems to assist with platform functions.
Company-specific proprietary information is intended to remain within that company's authorized environment and is not intended to become shared knowledge available to unrelated participating organizations.
Tatenen's long-term architecture is intended to enforce permissions, company isolation, and controlled access when AI services are used.
If third-party AI providers are introduced for production use, this Privacy Policy may be updated to describe applicable providers and data-handling practices before those services are used for customer information.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information.
We may disclose information in the following circumstances.

We use third-party service providers to help operate Tatenen.

Business Changes
If Tatenen One Development undergoes a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate confidentiality obligations.
6. We Do Not Sell Personal Information
Tatenen does not currently sell personal information in exchange for money.
We also do not currently use personal information for third-party targeted advertising.
If these practices materially change in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated and any legally required choices or notices will be provided.
7. Data Security
Tatenen uses administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
These measures may include:

8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Service;
- maintain authorized business records;
- support participating organizations;
- satisfy legal or contractual obligations;
- maintain audit and security records;
- resolve disputes;
- enforce agreements; and
- protect the integrity of the platform.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is maintained.
Information may also temporarily remain in backups or recovery systems after deletion from active systems.
During the alpha period, retention practices may continue to evolve as Tatenen's production systems and policies mature.
9. File Storage
General customer file and document storage is not currently enabled as an active Tatenen alpha feature.
If hosted file storage is introduced, this Privacy Policy and any applicable service terms will be updated as appropriate before the feature is made available to participating organizations.
Optional storage services may be subject to separate pricing, limits, retention practices, or terms.
10. Cookies, Application Storage, and Analytics
Tatenen uses only cookies, browser storage, session technologies, and similar mechanisms reasonably necessary to operate and secure the Service. These may be used to authenticate users, maintain sessions, preserve necessary application state, enforce security controls, and provide requested functionality.
Tatenen does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral tracking technologies.
Tatenen does not currently operate dedicated marketing or behavioral analytics systems. Infrastructure and service providers may generate ordinary technical, operational, security, performance, or diagnostic telemetry as part of providing their services.
If Tatenen later introduces analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies that materially change these practices, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.
11. Privacy Requests
Individuals may contact Tatenen to ask questions about their personal information or to request access, correction, deletion, or other action relating to their information.
Requests may be subject to:
- identity verification;

- legal retention requirements;
- security requirements; and
- applicable law.
Where Tatenen processes information on behalf of a participating organization, requests concerning that organization's records may need to be directed to or coordinated with the organization.
New Hampshire's privacy law provides covered consumers with certain access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out rights when the law applies. New Hampshire Gov
